Repair PolicyIf your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. We will repair/exchange any jewelry design purchased through MYLALLURE.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email email@example.com. Within 3 months of purchase is FREE. More than 3 months is subject to a repair fee. The fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of the repair. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
